Energy

7-Star performance as standard

Every home is modelled before construction starts. We tune the orientation, glazing, and insulation so the indoor temperature stays comfortable with less mechanical heating and cooling.

7+ Star NatHERS

Every home is engineered to a 7-Star NatHERS rating as a minimum, with most projects landing above 7.5.

Double glazing standard

Double glazed windows on every opening, with low-e coating on the western exposures to control solar gain.

Insulated envelope

R4.0 ceiling and R2.5 wall batts with reflective foil sarking. The envelope is tuned for Victorian conditions.

Efficient services

Zoned reverse-cycle heating and cooling, LED lighting throughout, and rough-ins for solar at the switchboard.

Engineered hardwood floors and Australian timber framing wherever practical, sourced from certified suppliers.

Low-VOC paints and finishes

We specify low-VOC paints and water-based finishes on the joinery so the indoor air quality is sound from day one.

Engineered stone

Engineered stone benchtops with strict supplier compliance on silica safety standards.
